Roadmap and Next Steps

1. Expanding the Instrument Family — Initial Phase

We are currently working on completing the bowed string instrument family on the platform. Our planned launch schedule is:

CELLO: December 2026 – January 2027

VIOLA: Easter 2027

DOUBLE BASS: Summer 2027

2. Looking Ahead: Beyond the Instruments

We plan to continue growing the TSTL family with new pedagogical resources and areas of content:

Ensemble: pieces and arrangements designed specifically for group practice, school ensembles and chamber orchestras.

Musicianship: practical resources focused on developing musicality, aural skills and reading, always applied directly to the instrument.

3. (100%) Free Study Tools

We want to go beyond sheet music. Alongside our instrumental content, we will continue expanding our collection of Free Tools.

We aim to provide practical digital resources that make home practice and teaching more effective, engaging and motivating.

 

About Our Timelines

The String Teaching Library is a project born out of passion and developed in our spare time — and... there is never quite enough of it!

For this reason, all dates, ideas and plans outlined in this roadmap are subject to the time we have available. If something takes a little longer than expected, it is because we would rather take the time to get it right and ensure every resource receives the care and attention it deserves before we launch.
