7. Consumer Right of Cancellation & Statutory Waiver

Mandatory Checkout Acknowledgment: By completing your order, you expressly request immediate performance of the contract and you lose your 14-day statutory right of cancellation once the download or access to digital content has commenced.

At checkout, you will be required to confirm: "I request immediate access to the digital content / web application. I understand and agree that once access or download begins, I lose my statutory 14-day cancellation right."

Because our paid products consist of digital downloadable content, all sales are final once download or online access has commenced, except where a refund or replacement is required by applicable consumer law.

Statutory Rights: Nothing in these Terms limits your legal statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 if digital content is proven to be defective. In the event of a technical defect, please report it to info@thestringteachinglibrary.com so we may supply a repaired or replacement file.

9. Intellectual Property Rights
